Comprehensive information about morgueFile

The idea to build the web's morguefile was conceived by Michael Connors as a college student in 1996. It is currently a collaborative effort between brothers Kevin and Michael Connors who own and maintain the world wide web's morguefile.

The morguefile contains photographs freely contributed by many artists to be used in creative projects by visitors to the site. To acknowledge the artist's accomplishments, we ask that you credit the photographer when possible. Any questions regarding liabilities should be directed to the specific photographer.

How to pass succesfully the entry test on morguefile ?

morgueFile.com is open to submission, first register and then read the guidelines for submitting photos by clicking the contribute photos link on your profile page. Enter an agreement.

There are two ways you can upload photos to the archive. One let's you upload 1 to 5 files at a time, the other connects via FTP and allows you to drag-and-drop as many photos as you like all at once. We recommend the ftp method since it is faster and more efficient, but either method will work. I want to add my potos to morgueFile !
